Kyle Jones is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in complex commercial transactions and federal and state taxation, particularly in mergers and acquisitions. Serving as a Shareholder at Fabian VanCott since 2007, Kyle has also chaired the Hiring committee and contributed to the training of new associates. Previous roles include Assistant General Counsel at EnergySolutions, where responsibilities encompassed commercial and government contracts, and Attorney positions at Durham Jones & Pinegar and Parsons Behle & Latimer, focusing on real estate, commercial litigation, and contract negotiations. Early in the career, Kyle gained audit experience at PWC after earning a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
