Irena Shishkina is a seasoned professional in product management and design with extensive experience in the fashion industry, particularly in lingerie and stylish accessories. Currently serving as the Product Manager and Designer in the Underwear and Stylish Accessories Department at Faberlic since November 2019, Irena previously held the position of Product Manager at "Textile Factory â„–1" LLC, focusing on sublimation printing for clothing and travel goods. Irena's earlier experience includes being an Underwear Designer and Product Manager at Incanto Fashion Group, where responsibilities encompassed collection development, material selection, technical documentation preparation, and trend analysis. Irena began the career as a Lingerie and Corsetry Designer at KRISTY, where tasks involved sketch design, supplier negotiations, and quality control. Irena holds a Master of Arts in Artistic Modeling and Designing of Clothes from Vitebsk State Technological University and a Bachelor's degree in Painting and Drawing from Vitebsk State Arts College.
