Ivo Gonçalves is an experienced Engineering Manager at FABAMAQ since October 2012, with a strong background in web gaming applications. Ivo has progressed from Software Engineer roles within the Game Engine Architecture Team, focusing on game engine and devtools improvements, to Senior Software Engineer, and now leads engineering efforts. Ivo's technical expertise includes C++, Node.js, CI/CD practices, and promoting best coding practices. Prior to joining FABAMAQ, Ivo founded FHSS, specializing in occupational health and safety, and worked in similar roles at Medicassur and SASHIT. Ivo holds a Licenciatura in Computer Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, with additional qualifications in occupational health and safety and English language certifications from the University of Cambridge.
