Matthew Taft is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, program management, and systems engineering. Currently serving as the Director of QA / CM at FAAC Incorporated since February 2005, Matthew oversees auditing and compliance processes while developing best practices to support organizational goals. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager and Program Manager at FAAC, where Matthew provided systems engineering solutions and risk mitigation strategies. Matthew's experience also encompasses site management at L-3 Communications and FAAC, focused on operational and maintenance support for flight and ground simulation training systems. Earlier in career, Matthew served as Chief Technology Officer at Vision1 Communications, managing IT services and infrastructure. Matthew’s foundational experience includes military service in the U.S. Marine Corps, with a focus on airframes, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Assurance Cyber Defense and is pursuing a Master of Science in CyberSecurity at Eastern Michigan University.
