Bridget McGuire has over two decades of leadership experience in the education sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at FA Solutions LLC since October 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, staffing, and compliance to enhance the student and client experience. Previously, as SVP of Financial Aid & Services at Bridgepoint Education, Bridget focused on improving student experiences through regulatory management and software implementation for a substantial student population. At Everest University Online, Bridget managed multiple regulatory departments and a large call center, while at Kaplan University, leadership in financial aid processes significantly enhanced customer service. Early career experience includes a role in financial aid at EDMC. Bridget holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Leadership and Administration from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Elon University.
