Viktoriya Dimova has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2015, they worked as a trainee in the Bulgarian Embassy in France. In 2016, they completed traineeships at the International Law and EU Law Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Procedural Representation of the Republic of Bulgaria before the European Court of Human Rights. In 2017, they worked as a trainee for the MEP Cabinet Mariya Gabriel in the European Parliament. In 2018, they were a trainee at the Council of the European Union in the Directorate-General for Justice and Home Affairs. Starting in 2019, Viktoriya worked as a Research Associate in the Special Projects Team at Acuris Risk Intelligence. In 2020, they worked as a Project Manager at both the Digital National Alliance and The Atlantic Club of Bulgaria. From 2021 to 2023, Viktoriya served as an EU Funding Consultant and Project Manager at EUROPROJECT. Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager at F6S as of March 2023.

From 2017 to 2018, they attended the College of Europe in Natolin, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in European Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP).
