Luisa Gonçalves has a diverse and extensive work experience. Luisa is currently working as an EU Project Manager at F6S since December 2020. In this role, they manage open calls initiated by the EU Commission, facilitating collaborations between third-party companies and EU projects. Their responsibilities include open call submission management, time and implementation management of third-party projects, and communication and collaboration management.
Prior to this, Luisa worked as a Research Assistant at INESC Technology and Science - Associate Laboratory from September 2015 to November 2020. Luisa was involved in the POCITYF project, where they handled time, scope, financial, and team management for the international and multi-cultural partners.
Luisa also has experience as a Consultant at Forther from August 2011 to August 2013. In this role, they were responsible for the implementation of OSS Cramer in TIM Brasil, including asset mapping, development of migration specifications, and technical recommendations.
Before joining Forther, Luisa worked at Oi as a Network Engineer and Auditor from March 2007 to August 2011. Their role involved troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls, project management for new deployments, and the development of operational procedures and technical specifications.
Luisa began their career at Petrobras as an Engineer intern from October 2004 to August 2005.
Luisa Gonçalves pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with a Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidade Católica de Petrópolis, which they obtained from 2000 to 2005. Following that, they pursued an MBA (Master Business Administration) in Project Management from Universidade Federal Fluminense, completing it from 2009 to 2011.
Luisa then continued their academic journey at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto. Luisa completed a Master Programme in Engenharia de Serviços e Gestão from 2013 to 2015. Subsequently, they pursued a PhD in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Smart Energy Services, from 2015 to 2022.
In terms of additional certifications, they obtained their TOEFL certification from ETS in March 2013.
