Mary McDonagh, SPHR, possesses extensive experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and compensation analysis. Currently serving as the Director of HRIS - Workday at F5 Networks, Mary has previously held positions such as Sr Manager and Manager of HRIS within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Compensation & HRIS Analyst and Compensation & HRIS Analyst at Getty Images, and an HRIS/Payroll Administrator at PPWW. Additional experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Conversay and an HR/Payroll Coordinator at Nextel Communications. Mary holds a B.A. in Psychology from Northeastern University and is pursuing further education at Seattle Pacific University.
