Philip Hansteen has extensive work experience, beginning in 2004. Philip began their career as an Equity Derivatives Sales and Marketing Division Intern at Credit Suisse First Boston International. Philip then held a Corporate Finance Intern position at SEB Enskilda Securities in 2005, and a Finance Intern position at Unilever North America Inc in 2006.
In 2007, Philip joined Statoil where they held various roles, including Advisor Strategy, Chief of Staff & Management Advisor to EVP MPR, Asset Management Representative, Regulatory Affairs Representative, LNG Shipping Operator, Graduate Program, Business Analyst, and Risk Analyst.
In 2017, Philip took on the role of Leader Equinor & Techstars Energy Accelerator and Principal Negotiator at Equinor. Philip then became a Lead Mentor at Techstars in 2018.
Currently, Philip is COO and Co-Founder at f3nice – Sustainable AM Feedstock, where they are responsible for daily operations, business development opportunities, including scrap sourcing, powder sales, and fundraising of equity and soft funding.
Philip Hansteen's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Business Management & Entrepreneurship from Babson College, which they earned between 2003 and 2006. Philip also participated in a study abroad experience on a ship traveling to 12 countries in three continents from 2005 to 2005. Additionally, they attended a summer program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2004. From 1998 to 2001, they attended Oslo Handelsgymnasium, and from 2002 to 2003, they attended Landmark College. Finally, they earned two Master in Business Administration (MBA) degrees, one from Columbia Business School and one from London Business School, both between 2015 and 2017.
