Matthew Metzler has been in the creative industry for over 20 years. In 1998, they began their career as a Seasonal Setup and Display Assistant for Manfré Design Source. In 2004, they worked as a Graphic Designer, Production Specialist, and Store Operations for Oce Printing Systems, and as a Freelance Graphic Artist for Creative Images Advertising / Public Relations / Graphic Design. In 2006, they were a Lead Project Coordinator, Center Specialist, and Senior Production Coordinator for FedEx Office, and a Freelance Graphic Designer for Super Grip Lock, LLC. In 2013, they worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer, Comic Book Artist, and Illustrator for Intel. Since 2012, they have been the Creative Director at F2F Events, Inc., where they are the creative lead on corporate identity, brand development, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials. Since the pandemic started, they have successfully transitioned the business model into an engaging, visually immersive, and highly interactive virtual format that has received overwhelmingly positive feedback. Matthew also supervises production on all of F2F's annual in-person events, including web and print design, content development, and internal and external communications.
Matthew Metzler obtained a Diploma in Art/Art Studies, General from Roseburg High School between 1997 and 2000. Matthew also holds three certifications from lynda.com: LogoLounge: Visual Effects in Logo Design (September 2014), Photoshop CC One-on-One: Fundamentals (September 2014), and InDesign FX (July 2014).
