Patrick Domnanich has extensive work experience in research and development roles. Patrick is currently the Director of Research and Development at F. LIST GMBH since August 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Member of the Board at Wood K plus - Kompetenzzentrum Holz GmbH starting from December 2013. Additionally, they have been an Avocational Lecturer at Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt, teaching subjects such as "Surface Technology" and "Technology Planning & Forecasting". Patrick also has experience in leadership positions at FunderMax GmbH as the Head of R&D, Process Development, and Quality Management Laminates, and as a Teamleader for R&D, Process Development Laminates. Patrick has also worked as a Project Leader in R&D at Wood K plus - Kompetenzzentrum Holz GmbH. Furthermore, Patrick has served as an Avocational Expert Evaluator for the European Commission. Patrick began their career as a PhD Researcher at AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH from October 2007 to December 2010.

Patrick Domnanich's education history includes a PhD in Technical Chemistry from Technische Universität Wien, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Patrick also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in New Business Development in the Digital Economy from LIMAK Austrian Business School, completed from 2019 to 2021. In addition, Patrick completed a Diploma Course in Sustainability and Circular Economy at LIMAK Austrian Business School in 2021. Patrick pursued an Academic Program in Innovation Management at Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt in 2015. Patrick obtained a DI degree in Technical Chemistry from Technische Universität Wien from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, they completed a Foundation degree in Agile SCRUM from TecTrain in 2018, and received training in Patent Law from ARS in 2013. Patrick earned a Green Belt in Six Sigma from StEP-Up in 2011 and became a Certified Advisor in REACH - European Regulation "Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals" from Feierl-Herzele in 2012.
