Magaly Paguaga currently serves as the Head of Interior Design at F/LIST since July 2023. Previously, Magaly worked at BOMBARDIER from June 2011 to July 2023, holding several key positions including Interiors Product Strategy, Business Aircraft Industrial Design and Cabin Innovation, and Sr. Analyst Customer Strategy & Aircraft Delivery Performance. In these roles, Magaly developed the interiors product design and technology roadmap and marketing plans based on extensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights. Magaly also managed multiple design accounts and created innovative proposals for high-profile clients, ensuring the delivery of products that met customer expectations.
