Weldon Glidden currently serves as an ER Tech at The University of Texas Medical Branch since June 2023, following a diverse career in emergency response and safety management. Weldon has held extensive roles including Training and Rescue Manager at First In Rescue Safety and Training, LLC since February 2016, and ER Specialist/I.C. at La Porte Rail and Terminal LLC from October 2018 to January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Safety Officer at CIMA Services LP, where responsibilities involved overseeing safety protocols and incident investigations, and as Operations Manager at United States Environmental Services from May 2010 to January 2014. Weldon's foundational experience was gained over nearly three decades at The Dow Chemical Company as an ESS Tech. Weldon holds an EMT Basic certification from College of the Mainland and a degree in Chemical Operations from the same institution.
