Joseph Scarpelli has extensive experience in the construction and engineering industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President at F.H. Paschen since May 1992. Prior to this role, Joseph worked as a Project Manager/Estimator at J.H. Pomeroy from March 1989 to May 1992 and as a Project Engineer at Paschen Contractors Inc. from June 1982 to March 1989. Joseph holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed between 1978 and 1982.
