Michelle Nevatt possesses extensive experience in employee services and operations management across various sectors. Currently serving as Regional Employee Services Manager at F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical since August 2022, previous roles include Director of Staffing at Spherion Staffing and Recruiting and Assistant Director of Operations at JACK Contracting, LLC. At DaVita Kidney Care, Michelle managed medical administration for over 125 patients and oversaw a significant team, developing a regional kidney education program and opening a new Home Hemodialysis facility. Michelle began a career with the United States Air Force, where roles included Human Resources and Executive Administrative Assistant, successfully managing personnel operations and implementing process improvements. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi.
