Jeremy Ayres

EVP, Construction Administration at F.A. Wilhelm Construction Co., Inc.

Healthy and sustainable organizations are built on core strengths and values that positively impact everything else. At the heart of F.A. Wilhelm’s core is Jeremy Ayres, LEED AP BD+C, Executive Vice President of Operations, who ensures their people, processes, and actions accurately and positively reflect their Purpose of “Empowering People to Build What Matters”.

Directing construction operations and team leadership, Jeremy is instinctively driven to inspire, guide and encourage others. With a bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, he understands building on a solid framework of comprehension and mutual respect creates integrated teams that are inherently better.

As owner advocate, Jeremy is responsible for client satisfaction – leading F.A. Wilhelm teams and resources to meet and deliver successful projects. He works directly with owners and designers during planning, budgeting, design, and construction of projects, and has served as point person for some of F.A. Wilhelm’s largest clients in life sciences, healthcare, corporate, manufacturing, and higher education – including his alma mater, Purdue University.

Jeremy serves as a member of the ISA General Contractor Council, working with industry peers focused on cohesively solving challenging issues facing the construction industry as a whole and promoting collaborative and innovative project delivery. Jeremy is also highly involved in the community and his church.
