Ainslie Ellis currently serves as the Germany Deputy Program Manager at the F-35 Joint Program Office, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Ainslie worked as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton for a brief period in early 2023 and as an FMS New Business Program Analyst for the F-35 Lightning II program at American Electronics, Inc. from August 2021 to March 2023. Ainslie's extensive experience in scheduling and administration includes serving as the Deputy Director of Scheduling, Senior Scheduler, and Scheduler for the Office of Texas Governor Greg Abbott from 2016 to 2021, along with a Scheduler role at Texans For Greg Abbott and as an Assistant Primary Election Administrator at the Republican Party of Texas. Ainslie began a professional career as a Legislative Aide for the Texas House of Representatives in early 2015. Ainslie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University.
