Troy Jackson is an experienced construction professional with a background in ski lift installation, mountain operations, and general labor. Currently serving as an Assistant Superintendent at Ezra Lee Design+Build since March 2022, Jackson has previously worked at Highlander Ski Lift Services & Construction Inc, where significant contributions were made to the construction of the 5th largest ski lift in the US. This role involved working with helicopters for remote logistics, climbing and securing towers, as well as operating heavy machinery. Jackson's experience also includes snowmaking at Vail Resorts, bartending, and various internships, including one with the Chapel Hill Police Department. Jackson earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from East Carolina University in 2019, solidifying a diverse skill set applicable across multiple disciplines.
