Frank Egil Gaupseth has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Frank Egil began their career as a Sales Representative at Thorn Lighting in 1993. Frank Egil then moved on to work as a Sales Representative at Expert AS from 1996 to 1998. After that, they joined Bautas AS as a Tilkomst Teknikker from 1998 to 1999.

In 1999, Gaupseth started working at Statoil as a Logistics Coordinator, a role they held until 2005. Frank Egil then joined Shell as a Logistic Supervisor from 2005 to 2007.
