Alec Arons, PCC, is an experienced leadership, career, and executive coach, currently serving as the founder of Alec Arons Leadership, Executive and Career Coaching since October 2019. Arons specializes in supporting mid- and late-career professionals in enhancing their potential and achieving their goals. In addition, Arons holds the position of Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp and Executive and Leadership Coach roles at both EZRA Coaching and Gig Talent. Previously, Arons led transformative initiatives at Experis as VP and National Practice Leader and served as a partner at Tatum LLC and Ernst & Young. Arons also contributed to governance as the Governance Committee Chair and Treasurer for the ICF - Philadelphia Chapter. Arons holds a BA in Economics from Dickinson College and an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University.
