Max Pereshybkin has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2000, they were the Head of Credit Risks in the East Regional Department at UkrSibbank. Max then moved to Megabank in 2006, where they were the Deputy Head of RM Department. In 2016, they became the Head of Sales at Hator - M. In 2017, they were an Information Technology Project Manager at Program-Ace, managing cross-platform projects. In 2018, they were an Information Technology Project Manager at WorkNest LTD, managing a dedicated team of developers and QA for a machinery monitoring startup. Max is currently a Program Manager at eZLO Innovation, managing and driving innovative programs to benefit the company.

Max Pereshybkin has a diverse educational background. Max obtained their PhD in economics from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University between 1990 and 1995. Between 2015 and 2016, they attended Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, where they earned a Specialist (BA/MA-equivalent) degree in Software Engineering. In 2016, they also earned an Associate's degree in C# / .NET Programming from Brain Academy, LLC.
