Elizeth Castellanos has been working in the tech industry since 2014. Elizeth began their career as an Analista de Soporte at Intergrupo. In 2018, they joined eZLO Innovation as a Project Manager and Customer Care Engineer.

Elizeth Castellanos has a background in Ingeniería de telecomunicaciones. Elizeth obtained their Ingeniera de Telecomunicaciones degree from the Universidad de Antioquia between 2008 and 2014. Afterward, they furthered their education by obtaining an Especialista en Teleinformatica degree from the Universidad EAFIT between 2016 and 2017. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Scrum.org, including Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) in October 2021 and Professional Scrum Master I in May 2020. Elizeth also has an ITIL V3 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in July 2016.
