Daniel F. Ștefan has over 9 years of experience in customer service and customer success roles. In 2020, they joined Ezlo Innovation as the Director of Customer Success, where they successfully forged strong relationships with key client stakeholders, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention. Daniel also managed team deliverables and allocations, collaborated with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, and implemented an internal dashboard to present the company’s most important KPIs.
Prior to this, Daniel worked at MiOS, Ltd. from 2011 to 2020. During this time, they held various roles, including Customer Care Manager, Technical Support Supervisor, and Technical Support Engineer. As Customer Care Manager, they expanded the department with a team in a second location (Colombia), resulting in 24/7 coverage. As Technical Support Supervisor, they conducted technical interviews to evaluate candidates for hiring, trained new employees, and supervised the entire Customer Care team.
Daniel F. Ștefan attended the Universitatea din Bacău from 2012 to 2015 and studied Computer Science.
