Sasha Baranikov is an experienced director and advisor with a strong background in startup acceleration and investment. Currently serving as the Director at Steam Ventures since May 2021, Sasha also holds the position of Entrepreneur in Residence - Strategy at ThincLab, where support is provided to founders in developing growth and governance strategies. Additionally, Sasha is active as a Mentor & First Believer at Startmate, engaged in developing future angel investors and expanding capital access for startups. Other significant roles include being an Investor at Rockfish Data, Flux, EzLicence, and zeroco.com.au, as well as serving on the Advisory Board for Sherlok, where strategic growth frameworks are developed. Sasha's expertise in personalized executive coaching is utilized as a Business Growth Advisor & Facilitator for behind closed doors.
