Previous roles include Project Manager at Telcotech LTD, Manager of Special Projects at Teloctech LTD, and Transmission Engineer at Telcotech LTD. Hoklean L. began a career in engineering as a Transmission Support Engineer at Ericsson, following a role as Production Engineer at Kampot Cement Co., LTD. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Norton University and a Bachelor of Electrical and Energy Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia.
