Raffaele Carli possesses extensive experience in IT service delivery and support management across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager - Service Delivery at ECI since April 2018, Raffaele has also held roles as IT Service Delivery Manager and IT Support Manager. Prior experience includes working at SAS Global Communications as IT Support Manager and 3rd Line Support for BC Partners, where responsibilities included managing security applications and overseeing Active Directory and virtual environments. Raffaele's tenure at GE Oil & Gas as IT Support Team Leader involved managing a support team and establishing a permanent IT support function at the London headquarters. Earlier roles include IT Helpdesk Engineer and IT Installation Engineer at Publiacqua SpA. Raffaele holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Information Technology from The Open University.
