Lauren (Canepa) Biggs possesses extensive experience in employee and sales management, currently serving as Senior Manager Employee Experience and previously holding various senior sales positions at ezCater since April 2017. Notable achievements include scaling a sales team from 2 to 10 members, leading onboarding for new sales representatives, and optimizing partner accounts. Prior experience includes account management roles at Wayfair, where Lauren successfully managed strategic partnerships and improved operations, as well as roles at Rue La La, Travelers, Honeywell Batteries, and Collective Brands, Inc.
