Lavleen Kaur is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at EZ Contacts since July 2023, Lavleen previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at MOTIF® from June 2018 to December 2023, where responsibilities included HR management, employee relations, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and training and development, along with operational management experience. Prior roles also include serving as a Human Resources Trainer at SBI Card – GE Capital and Human Resources Generalist at Sanson India LLP. Additionally, Lavleen worked in HR and Administration at KINE SCOPE ELECTRONICS - India from January 2013 to July 2016. Lavleen holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree and an MBA in HR and Production & Operations Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, completed between 2013 and 2017.
