Ivana Bosnjacki has worked in various roles since 2010. Ivana began as a Field Researcher for the Independent research institute "Centre for Empirical Studies of South- East Europe" (CESK) in 2010. In 2014, they became a Researcher for the Non-profit organization "Centre for development of non-profit sector- CRNPS". In 2015, they worked as a Freelance Researcher for KRO-NCRV, where they were the Lead researcher for a television program in the Netherlands called "Spoorloos". In 2018, they worked as a Freelance Researcher for Aito Media, where they were the Lead investigator for the case in Serbia for the television program "Find my family". Since 2019, Ivana has worked as an Insights Manager and Office Manager for EyeSee.

Ivana Bosnjacki holds a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Belgrade.
