Diane Sell-Ashby is a qualified mental health professional currently processing residential referrals at Eyerly Ball Community Mental Health Services since March 2023. Previously, Diane worked as a Human Services Counselor at the same organization from April 2015 to March 2023. Diane's earlier experience includes serving as a Skills Trainer at Goodwill Industries of Central Iowa from July 2007 to July 2014, where instructional development focused on job seeking skills, computer proficiency, soft skills, and Red Cross classes. From September 1997 to May 2007, Diane taught as a substitute teacher K-12, with a specialization in Special Education for the Southeast Polk Community School District. Additionally, Diane owned and operated Second Home Daycare from June 1993 to September 2000. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Morningside University, along with teaching endorsements in Psychology and a further teaching endorsement in Psychology from Upper Iowa University.
