Hesham H. As the Founder and Owner of Duino Coffee, established in May 2018, Hesham successfully grew the business from initial sales of $75 to over $1 million. Previous experience includes roles as an Independent Human Resources Consultant, Vice President of Total Rewards at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, and Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Argo Group International Holdings, where significant contributions to HR service delivery transformations were made. Hesham's extensive expertise in total rewards, HR operations, and strategic planning was honed at reputable firms including Yum Restaurants International, CB Richard Ellis, and The Walt Disney Company. Hesham holds an MBA from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of San Francisco, alongside other educational credentials in accounting and statistics.
