Mike Werner has over 20 years of work experience, beginning in 1999 as Director of Sales for ClickAgents. Mike then moved to UC Berkeley in 2001 as Director of Marketing, and then to BlueLithium in 2003 as Co-Founder and VP of Sales. In 2007, they joined Yahoo! as Senior Director of Sales, followed by RadiumOne in 2009 as Co-Founder and Head of Sales, where they built the team and scaled the business to $200 million in annual revenue. In 2015, they became an Advisor for Captiv8, and in 2017, they joined Rakuten Marketing as VP of Global Partnerships for the eCommerce juggernaut. In 2018, they became Co-founder and Advisor for Eyelevel.ai, and in 2020, they joined Joveo as Global Head of Sales and Revenue for the recruitment advertising platform. In 2021, they became VP of Partnerships for XLMedia PLC.

Mike Werner attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
