Briggs Mushrush has extensive experience in the technology and customer service sectors, currently serving as an Application Administrator and Software Specialist - Tier II at Eyefinity since April 2013. In this role, Briggs analyzes and resolves issues related to Practice Management and Electronic Health Record software, while also providing training and documentation for users. Prior to this, Briggs worked at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions from October 2010 to April 2013 as a Senior Customer Service Representative - Lead Operator, overseeing the case files of over 150 representatives and managing escalations from customers in the US and Canada. Briggs holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science with a Business Emphasis from Illinois Central College, completed between 2014 and 2016, and graduated from Dunlap High School in 2008.
