Noelle Nesbitt is a seasoned professional in biomedical engineering, currently serving as the Director of Research & Development at Eyedea Medical since November 2022. Prior to this role, Noelle held positions at Galen Robotics as New Product Introduction Manager and Product Development Engineer, and at W. L. Gore & Associates as a New Product Development Engineer, where responsibilities included leading global project teams through complex development processes. Experience also includes working as a Biomedical Engineer/R&D Engineer at Restorative Therapies, where prototype design and medical device testing were key tasks. Early in Noelle's career, roles as a Complaints Analyst at Maquet Getinge Group and internships at City College of New York and Michael Muroff Architect LLC provided foundational industry insights. Noelle holds a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science from the University at Buffalo.
