Cole Thomas is an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition and process development across various industries. Currently serving at EyeHealth Northwest since April 2023, Cole oversees the recruitment and onboarding processes for a healthcare group with 600 employees, successfully implementing the company's first Applicant Tracking System. Prior to this role, Cole was a Talent Acquisition Manager at Spruce, where a promotion occurred within seven months, leading recruitment efforts that scaled the team from 275 to over 475 employees.
