Shraddha Chavande began their work experience as a Cloud Engineer Intern at Celebal Technologies in February 2020. Shraddha worked in this role until June 2020. Later, in September 2021, they joined Eye Care Leaders as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and transitioned to the role of Junior Software Engineer in March 2022. As of now, they are still employed with Eye Care Leaders.

Shraddha Chavande began their education by attending Shree Mahakali English School in Adivare from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained their Secondary School qualification. Shraddha then went on to R.B. Kulkarni College of Science in Ratnagiri from 2010 to 2012 and completed their Higher Secondary in the field of Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Moving forward, from 2012 to 2015, Shraddha attended the University of Mumbai and obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Lastly, they pursued their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, graduating from the program in 2019. In November 2019, Shraddha obtained the certification of Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
