Sandeep S. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sandeep co-founded Data.AI in 2019 and currently holds the position of Co-Founder. Prior to that, they worked at Eye Care Leaders as the Vice President - Product Management, where they were responsible for Product Management after the merger of MDoffice into ECL. Before that, Sandeep served as the President of MDoffice Inc. from 2015 to 2019, where they had executive responsibility with global teams and operations across the US, India, and Philippines. Sandeep also had additional M&A responsibilities to acquire companies that were the right fit for the portfolio. Sandeep worked at EXL Service as the SA Vice President from 2011 to 2015, where they led a portfolio of products in the healthcare field and focused on innovation in outsourcing business by building niche products. Sandeep built a high-caliber team of product managers and data analysts. Prior to that, Sandeep worked at HCL Technologies as a Delivery Manager from 2009 to 2011, Mahindra Satyam as a Lead Consultant from 2005 to 2009, Datamatics as a Consultant from 2003 to 2006, and NCR Teradata as a Management Trainee in 2002.

Sandeep S. began their education journey in 1994 at CRSCE, where they completed their undergraduate studies. After graduating in 1998, Sandeep went on to pursue a Master of Management (MOM) degree at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 2001 to 2003. During the same period, Sandeep also attended the IIT Bombay - Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, although the specific degree and field of study is not provided.
