Karen Webster has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Karen began their career at CEFCU in 1985, where they held several management positions, including Chief Operations Officer and Vice President Human Resources. In 2006, they became the President/CEO of Eye Care for Animals, which was later acquired by Pathway Vet Alliance in 2017. Currently, they serve as the Chief Experience Officer at Pathway Vet Alliance, where they focus on enhancing the experience of clients and patients within the organization.

Karen Webster obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1991. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Illinois University in 1989.
