Luisa Oliveira e Silva is a seasoned professional in talent attraction and acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Associate at EY since April 2022. Luisa co-founded Dupla in June 2021, where strategic leadership and business development are key focuses. Prior experience includes a pivotal role as a Senior Consultant at Michael Page from May 2017 to May 2020, specializing in Finance and HR recruitment, and working as a Tax Senior Consultant at PwC from September 2011 to March 2017, providing tax advisory services. Luisa began their career with internships at BPI and BA GLASS and holds advanced degrees in Taxation and Auditing from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
