Katherine Savage is an accomplished leader in the financial services sector, currently serving as the UK Financial Services People Consulting Leader and Partner in Financial Services People Advisory Services at EY since June 2015. Prior to this role, Katherine held the position of Group Head of Reward at The Co-operative Group from June 2012 to April 2015, and before that, served as Head of Reward at The Co-operative Bank plc.
