Joseph Monsour Jr., CISSP, GSEC, serves as a Senior OT/ICS Cyber Security Consultant at EY since October 2019, where responsibilities include managing multiple teams, implementing OT cybersecurity solutions, and conducting risk assessments aligned with NERC CIP, NIST, and other best practices. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Engineer in Network Architecture & Cyber Security at Westinghouse Electric Company, focusing on architecting security solutions and ensuring compliance with various technologies. Earlier experience includes roles as a Help Desk Technician at Cross IT Service & Solutions, a Computer Repair Technician during self-employment, and a Systems Administrator at East Wind Restaurant & Hotel. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Science in Information Sciences and Technology from Pennsylvania State University and has foundational education from Robert Morris University and Shenango High School.
