Helena Norrthon serves as a Senior Legal Counsel and Associate Director at EY since September 2024. Previously, Helena held the position of Head of Legal at Greater Than from April 2021 to July 2024, where the company focused on AI-driven data analytics for Insurtech. Prior experience includes Head of Legal roles at the Swedish Institute for Standards from January 2017 to April 2021, and at Magine as Senior Legal Counsel between 2015 and January 2017, contributing to the tech industry's streaming services. Helena's legal career began in the public sector with roles at Regeringskansliet, including managing EU directives and international trade negotiations. Early legal experience includes positions at Cogent IPC AB, LEGIO Advokatfirma AB, and a summer clerkship at Advokatfirman Billner AB. Helena holds an LLM from Uppsala University and a Bachelor's in International Business Law from Örebro University.
