Riddhisha Biswas serves as the ICS Cybersecurity Lead for US Conventional assets at ExxonMobil since June 2018, overseeing the implementation of cybersecurity standards across business units. Previous roles at ExxonMobil include Systems and Programmatics Engineer and Industrial Control System Cybersecurity Engineer, focusing on designing secure network architectures. Riddhisha's experience includes a summer internship at the Indian Institute of Science, working on online parameter estimation for synchronous generators, and participation in the 7th International Engineering Symposium at Kumamoto University, where a technical paper was presented. Additional internships at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation and organizing workshops at IIT-Bombay showcase a well-rounded background in engineering and project management. Riddhisha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
