Tom Johnson has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Tom currently serves as the Vice President of Hospitality at Exxir Capital. Prior to this role, they held the position of Managing Director at Headington, where they oversaw the finance, operations, brand development, and construction management for multiple restaurant facilities. Tom also served as the Executive Officer of Finance and Development at Raised Palate Restaurants, where they were responsible for lease negotiations, brand development, and finance for multiple facilities. Additionally, Tom held the role of Vice President of Finance, Development, and Construction at Consilient Hospitality, where they managed the finance, operations, brand management, and construction for various restaurant facilities. Before that, they worked as the Director of Food & Beverage at San Ysidro Ranch and as the Director of Operations at Wine Cask.
Tom Johnson attended Loyola High School of Los Angeles from 1989 to 1993. Tom then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Management at the University of the Pacific from 1993 to 1998.
