Jim McPhetridge has worked in the construction industry since 2012. Jim started as a Senior Project Manager at Adolfson & Peterson Construction in 2012, then moved on to become the Director of Pre-Construction Services at Halvorson Construction Group, LLC in 2014. Currently, they are a Senior Project Manager at Exxel Pacific, Inc., a position they have held since 2019.

Jim McPhetridge attended the US Coast Guard Academy from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and Computer Science. Jim then went on to Stanford University, where they earned a Master's Degree in Construction Management in 1987.
