Mato Modibedi, PrEng, PMP, serves as the Project Engineering Manager at Exxaro Resources since February 2018, where responsibilities include managing discipline engineers during the Belfast project implementation. Prior experience at Exxaro Resources includes roles as a Senior Engineer in Mechanical Integration and Project Engineering Manager. Mato's career also features positions as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Rosh Pinah Mine and Assistant Engineering Manager at Xstrata, beginning as a Plant Engineer. Educational qualifications include a course in Management Development Program (MDP) from the University of Pretoria and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Potchefstroom University and North-West University.
