Ruth Esther Dangue currently serves as an Operational Excellence Project Manager at EXUS, with previous experience as an Information Technology Business Systems Analyst at Nexperia and a Business Analyst at BDO Unibank. At BDO Unibank, Ruth was instrumental in streamlining operations through a comprehensive review of Change and Release Management processes, financial management, and the development of onboarding checklists. Additional roles included serving as a Service Improvement Analyst and Reports & Metrics Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed ITSM tool enhancements, user acceptance testing, and generating performance reports. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
