Giorgos Doukas is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development, system administration, and data management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at EXUS since December 2020, Giorgos previously worked at Intralot as a Monitoring System Software Engineer, focusing on the VLOTOS central monitoring and control system. Prior roles include Senior IT Engineer at ESTeam AB, where Giorgos specialized in language processing algorithms and RDBMS design, alongside experience at the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas as a Senior IT Administrator. Giorgos began a career as a Software Engineer at Intratech Ltd and contributed to research as a PhD candidate at the Institute for Language and Speech Processing.
