Jamie McCullagh possesses extensive experience in sales and operations within the tourism sector, notably serving as Tour & Travel Sales Manager at Hornblower Cruises and Events from February 2017 to August 2020, where responsibilities included client negotiations, maintaining relations, managing sales through Salesforce, and collaborating with Operations.
