Diane Osada Cramer is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Talent Development & HRIS at Extreme Networks since August 2019. Prior to this role, Diane held the position of Director of Global Learning & Organizational Development at Aerohive Networks, where engagement with executive leaders focused on leadership capability development. Previous experience includes significant roles at Model N, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Hitachi GST, Lam Research, and other organizations, emphasizing learning and development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
